Resolve the PST file did not close properly error message

Improperly exiting MS Outlook may damage the PST file where Outlook saves your email messages, notes, contacts, to-do-lists, etc. Once the PST file is damaged, you may come across severe data loss depending on the email messages, attachments, notes, contacts, etc. saved in the damaged PST file.
